Here's what must be one of the earliest Hey Granpa comics by Dylan Williams. This strip originally appeared in issue seventeen of Filth in April of 1995. Filth was a free San Francisco Bay Area tabloid newspaper that had a fairly large comic section (four full pages worth in this issue), including strips by Steve Lafler, Jeff LeVine, Chuck Sperry, Kent Myers, Michael Aushenker, Brian Sendelbach, Frank Santoro (Sirk), Mats Stromberg and more.
