It seems to me that reporter56.com was Dylan's first website, though possibly he had some kind of earlier (free)page, via a geocities or something (I can't remember one way or the other for sure). Some of the site has been captured at archive.org and is browsable (pieces and or images are missing from most of the captured stuff though)...
